OUR STORY

How We Began

Our journey did not begin with a pill. It began with a promise — to protect.

For years, our purpose lived in prevention: standing between people and the illnesses that threatened them, keeping families safe before harm could ever reach them.

Built on the foundation of El-Daba Holding — a name Egypt has trusted since 1957 — it was a legacy we were proud of.

But the closer we stood to people’s health, the more clearly we saw something that prevention alone could never solve.

Because illness still comes. And when it does, we saw who was left behind — the doctor, carrying the weight of every decision alone, and the patient, handed a prescription and then left to face the journey by themselves.

Prevention can protect people before illness.

But who stands with them through it?

That question is why, in 2020, Gennecs was born.

Egypt has never lacked medicine — it is one of the most capable pharmaceutical nations in the region, and medicine here is made well.

were never driven by the need to make another pill. We were driven to answer what no pill, and no factory, ever could: the people left on either side of it.

We are not here to be one more name on a shelf.

We are here to stand beside the doctor as a true partne
